Step One

Head over to the Contact page and get in touch with us.

Step Two

We will respond ASAP and arrange a phone consultation where appropriate.

Step Three

During your no obligation phone consultation, we will discuss your requirements in more detail and book a face-to-face meeting at your home.

Step Four

We will meet you and your pet in your home so you can show us around. At this stage, you will complete our Client Registration Form which details any pet allergies, medical conditions, vet contacts and more important information.

Step Five

Now you are officially a member of the London Pet Care family! Whenever you want to make a booking, you can contact us and have it arranged at your convenience.
